Wagga Wagga Dance Party
Event description
To coincide with the International Day of People with Disability (IDPWD), Regional Disability Advocacy Service will be facilitating a dance party for people with disabilities, their families and carers in Wagga Wagga on Saturday 02 December 2023.
This event is all about celebrating the abilities and achievements of all people in the community and aims to raise awareness and promote action around the rights of people with disabilities and their full inclusion in society.
The Dance Party will run from 5.30pm – 9.00pm at the Wagga RSL Club on Saturday 02 December with the theme of “Sports Champions”. Limited tickets ($10 per person) are available for pre-purchase online or if assistance is required to purchase via alternative means, by contacting Regional Disability Advocacy Service on 0493 086 262.
There will be lucky door and best dressed prizes along with a DJ, photo booth, activities, dancefloor, finger food and refreshments (no alcohol available).
This is an 18+ event and is proudly supported by Wagga Wagga City Council.
